cost of forum like this

I'm working with a consortium of organizations and discussing the creation of a forum like this, but I haven't a clue what the cost in $$ and manpower is to make and keep something like this running. Can you help with a ballpark estimate? I imagine the message traffic eventually being about half what it is on this forum.

I think it's mostly Nyquil and hairspray with some sterno for extra "kick."

We should explore this idea some more, I'm seeing some potential, here.

How about:

Nyquil, rubbing alcohol, and coffee grounds= Jagermeister?
