Deleting a message in outbox

I have had a message in my outbox for about a year. Apparently the intended recipient is not on the board any more. How do I delete it?

Go to your "out" box

Check the message in the box in the margin to the right

Go to the drop menu at the right/bottom and select "delete checked"

confirm, etc.

Thanks. It worked. Incidentally I have your signature line in my collection of sea chanteys. Just warning you that you never want me to select the music.
