A house for rent on Day Island?

Yep! it is directly across from the dive site entry!
I called and got a few details.
2 bdrm 1 bath with a finished basement.
$1250/mo with a $1000.00 deposit.
Qualifier is, you must make at least three times the amount of the rent.
Yard upkeep is included in the rent, just keep it watered.

Yes, you could live across the street from Mr. Angry
(Who, I have not had the pleasure of seeing, this year)

Rent the house, charge for parking to pay the rent? Become the Day Island Mr. Sund?
