That is the dumbest thing I've seen in a while. Just what we need, tourists crashing those things into reefs all over the world.

I like the line to the surface. This is actually a good idea given the intended user base. The line makes sure you don't dive deep enough to get any where near the NDLs. And it is probably attached to a large float so the minders can keep track of their investment.

I am curious about how the thing actually keeps a fresh air supply (without an increase in CO2) in the helmet part of the scooter. The drivers don't seem to have second stages in their mouths, yet the video shows bubbles released at breathing intervals.

Gas bags are not included into the complete set. They standard and them it is easy to acquire at-sight – in your country.
