Despite my best efforts I failed to stretch enough to avoid injury rock climbing at the gym yesterday.
Anyone here on the board have a hot/cold compression shoulder wrap and/or a sling I could borrow? Tweaked my shoulder going for a move and now it's quite sore. Planning to rest and immobilize it for a few days in hopes that it takes care of itself... If not, then its off to the doctor I go...
