Two species of Mola in the NE Pacific Ocean

Hi.
There's been a recent finding that there are actually two species of Mola in the NE Pacific Ocean - Mola mola AND Mola tecta!

The site is asking for molas reports from bc and alaska but I asked and they said they'd also appreciate sighting forms filled out for Washington!

Now I guess I have two types of molas on my bucket list!
