On December 20th, my wife and I were blessed with a healthy, happy baby boy:

Nicholas was 9 lbs 1 oz and 21 inches long.

You did it right, but Flickr doesn't let you do those links sometimes- it's kind of a PITA. You can copy the link and paste it into your browser, though.
