Hello northern friends, I thought I would let ya'll know that I'm settling into Corpus nicely. Aside from the sunshine, heat, and humidity, it's a lot like the PNW hehehe.
Diving is all off-shore down here though...which sucks(i like not having to pay for charters), I have to drive to Austin to blow bubbles, or dive in the mud. All is well though, I thought I would tease you guys with photos from my apt porch:

I feel like a fish out of the water when I'm not diving.

Wow, I can practically feel the humidity oozing out of the photos!
I never thought I would miss the heat and humidity when I left the south, but I do sometimes. I go home to visit and sit out on the front porch in the middle of the afternoon, and my mom thinks I'm crazy. It's got to be way worse where you are than it was in Georgia.

It's not too bad...what I'm not looking forward too is this summer. I'll be working on the beach (which is AWSOME), Doing sea-tutle conservation (which is reallly cool), but it's for the national park...so I have to wear the uniform...with jeans(less awsome).
