Multi-gas, multi-mode, (OC or CC), Trimix decompression dive computer. Bulhmann deco model.
Works with air, Nitrox and Trimix or any combination of the three. User can program up to 10 gases.
Designed for use as an Open-Circuit dive computer or can be connected to a Closed-Circuit rebreather via Fisher connector. The VR3 can be used for any level of diving - recreational, technical or CCR.
This computer has served me extremely well, most recently as my back-up computer for my CCR system, but since I have moved on to a Shearwater CCR computer back-up I no longer have need for it.
The VR3 is no longer the "latest and greatest" that it was a few years ago, but it remains a superb dive computer with a multitude of uses and would be just the ticket for a diver needing a fully functional Nitrox/Trimix computer but who is unable to afford the higher priced new models currently on the market today. At this price it has capabilities far beyond newer alternatives.
Powered by a single AA battery that is user changeable. Comes in the original box with original manual, Quick Start Guide, battery compartment tool and expandable strap for use with a dry-suit.
