OK this the deal of the century. It's a package deal. It is used gear. I'm an instructor. All the maintenance has been done on all this gear. but yes, it is used gear. You would be getting a scubapro Mk2 first stage with a R295 second stage, a pony 19 cubic foot aluminum tank, a quick draw bracket. This is a back up air system. New online, you would be paying over $600. In a dive store, you would be paying close to $ 800 for everything.
I'm asking $300 plus what ever the shipping to your zip code is. So technically, you are paying for a regulator and getting the bottle and quick draw for free. That's one way to look at it. Spend $300 get $300 of free stuff. I'm located in Eugene Oregon.
Price NEW online. Even more expensive in dive stores. this is just for comparison pricing.
