If it fails Hydro I will refund your money for the tank only.

If you have someone pick it up from me no problem at all. If it fails hydro you will still have to return it to me if you want your money back. I figured with the shipping it wouldn't be worth it to you.

I have an inspection light so whoever picks up the tank can look inside it.

I also have another HP80 that is in hydro for $115. It is a PST HP80 16 year old tank with boot. New 300Bar Din valve. The Original paint was removed and tank was sprayed with 2 coats of ZRC (cold galv spray). Minor pitting inside tank but within VIP spec's.
