Good luck on 200.00 a piece. Those are the 7/8 neck and you tend to see them for less due to the difficulty in finding manifolds for them and tumbling them is a bitch. They are fine tanks though as I have a dubbed pair and dive them often.

Yeah while hp100s are $380ish new and a very popular tank... I think you are going to be hard pressed to find a buyer for a ~20yo tank at $200.

If nothing else, the 7/8" valves are getting very hard to source.

just for comparison... I haven't (and wont) paid more then $150 per 7/8"... and yes, manifolds can be a bitch, but doable.
