Are serious about selling all that for $60? The lead is worth three times that, not to mention the heavy duty harness! Anyway, I'll bump the thread and hope someone needs a weight harness.

If the trimmed belt will fit (6 ft, 185 lb) I will take it. Can arrange pickup in Portland.
