Hello everyone. I am Deniz live in North Seattle. I go free diving and spearfishing. I don't have a boat. I am willing to travel 2-3 hours for diving.
Let me know if anyone interested going spearfishing. Thanks

I'm also looking to go spearfishing, and learning about the local regs on it.
Re: Spearfishing in seattle area
Recommendation is to head out to Neah Bay / straits to get your Spearo on. The critters in the main sound are under a lot of pressure from pollution and sport fishing as it stands and we need all the breeding stock possible intact. I realize the regulation allow it but since you asked...
There is a solid group of free divers who make the trek out to straits regularly.

Not to mention all the central (and south) puget sound species have A LOT more contaminants than their cousins in the Straits.
