Looking for a dive buddy

Post by GClark »

Hi everyone! I am a college student currently working in between semesters as a ski instructor. Originally from Bainbridge Island, I got certified in the PNW but have done most of my diving in warm waters. I only have about 8 dives so far, but I am hoping to dive weakly this winter, I am flexible to dive on Saturdays or week days. I am willing to travel just about anywhere to dive in the sound, but would prefer the south sound. Id love to tag along and explore the sound.

Thanks!

Howdy Gabe!
Welcome!
Do you have a night dive cert? That'd open you up for some great weekly wed/thur evening dives. Also... the best diving is at night!

What's on your list of sites to want to dive?

Hi Gabe,
If you have your AOW/ Night Cert then join a group dive during the week. Diving at night opens up a whole new set of critters to be seen.
Welcome....

I recommend edmonds and, if the tides are right (slack before mild flood) keystone! I`ll probably goto keystone in a couple weeks if you want to try it.

I'll likely be heading to Keystone on Jan 28, if the wind forecast is good, if you are interested.
