Ready to Jump in

Post by JasonEverettJones »

Been doing a lot of reading here and it’s almost time to dive head in.

So I finished build out my cold water kit(with a hand me down vulcanized rubber dry suit), was off to camp the next day going on 3 weeks ago, and I get hit with the COVID! So I get to sit out for a bit until the lungs get back to a useable state.

So excited to get healthy and blow some bubbles!

Got my Advanced Open Water in Roatan and did a dry suit speciality out at YSS. So the next PWN cold water dive will be number 2. I will be learning a lot as fast as I can.

Hope to see as many of you as I can soon. So many amazing dive sites I did not know existed.

Diving out of the Covington area.

Jason

Welcome to the group and to cold water diving. You picked a good time of year to dive in since the visibility is improving now from the summer muck. Hope to see you around.

I hope your COVID recovery goes smoothly.
