agreed! the kid rocks! :) I TOTALLY woulda loved to learn how to dive when i was a kid ;) Fwiw, it looks like they are very shallow, in the seagrass beds. Once off their knees in the demonstrate skills portion, they booth have decent trim :)

Decided to not say a thing.

Nope. Not sayin' a thing.

Posted, then erased it, and decided to say nothing.

Period.

Yep, that's about it.

12 foot? :smt119

Wow!

How would you route that one? I know, a figure 8!

Or, just have a small boy attached to it, the whole time.

Isn't that the reason 12' hoses were created? You do need to learn the proper storage of the 12' hose though so that when you are ready to deploy your small boy it goes smoothly and there is no entanglements.
John Chatterton often used the 12' hose/small boy configuration to retrieve 3rd class china from the Andrea Doria.

Maybe I'm ignorant here, but i gonna guess this dude probably is an instructor and this video was probably taken in the Middle East or something relative. Maybe that was part of the training they did, learning how to stay calm and perform tasks while using someone else's air supply. Looked like all the same stuff I did, I just had a BC on.

I don't know, maybe I'm one of those crazy cowboy types, just didn't seem like there was anything wrong there to me.

I think that it's probably just a father and son having a great time together....
