Diving education classes -- What's out there?

Hi all --

I'm researching the continuing education opportunities for my dive club, specifically classroom presentations. While I am also surveying the membership to see what they want, I'm asking here to find out what classes are available.

So, to that end: Who are you? What do you teach? How much does it cost (assuming our club can find 8-10 participants)?
