FS: AL-27

AL-27. Visual and hydro due Jan 2011. Includes stainless hardware rigged for slinging. $80.

Filled with Nitrox. Valve is convertible DIN or yoke. Nice little bailout or deco bottle.

The original manufacturer's hydro's were March 06 and June 06.

Do you know who the manufacturer is on that 27?

That's kinda what I was wondering. The only 27s that came up on google were steel tanks. If it is a 30 I'd be interested

It's an aluminum Luxfer, S/N LR1030. First (manufacturer's) hydro 09/99, second hydro 1/06. Dimensions are 18" high by 5-1/4" diameter. "S27" is stamped on it next to the hydro date. Definitely 27 ft3. Googling "Luxfer 27 scuba tank" got a few hits. Evidently the actual tank capacity is 27.9 ft3 at 3000 psi.
