Valerie earns DAN's esteemed instructor ranking!

Wow, she did it. Whatever this gal sets off to do, she accomplishes it in a BIG way, that's for sure.

She (our own ZenDiver) has worked for an attained the highly esteemed Dive Emergency Specialist Instructor certification. There are only TWO other DES Instructors in the entire State of Washington, so this really is a standout accomplishment.

So what does this all mean? It means Valerie is qualified to teach the following DAN courses: (and has had to teach a certain number already) and she's such a fun instructor too!

Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries (the ol' standard DAN O2 class)
Advanced Oxygen First Aid for Scuba Diving Injuries
First Aid for Hazardous Marine Life Injuries
AED's for Scuba Diving
On-Site Neurological Assessment for Divers
Remote Emergency Medical Oxygen
Basic Life Support for Dive Professionals
