Recommendations for PADA Advanced Open Water?

Post by krisdahl »

I'm looking to get Avanced Open Water certification--and perhaps combine with Dry Suit certification. Any recommendations or instructors?

Located on the Eastside. PADI Open Water, looking to start diving locally, have all my gear except tanks and dry suit.

i think bob bailey is teaching again. his AOW class was very good. he's a NAUI instructor, if that matters.

Bob is an excellent instructor and teaches a fantastic AOW class. That recommendation is absolutely sound.

If you want to stay with PADI, may I make a shameless plug for my husband? He has spent a lot of time thinking about how to add value to his AOW class (and has been heavily influenced by Bob, as well). We are in Woodinville, and have our own pool (I DM for him).

What is PADA?

As long as we're recommending stuff he DIDN'T ask about, may I recommend -http://www.unifiedteamdiving.com/group/ ... 2classroom

Brian and Jeanna are local and both excellent instructors. And you get NITROX out of it.
