I have never heard of that lake, But I have heard some rumors about lakes around here that have sunken cities.. I am sure that it is just some old foundations and roads. But it would be cool to see a structure underwater...

i was able to google it and find basic park info, there was one site that had to do with the building of it,

Henry Hagg Lake has a capacity of nearly 60,000 acre-feet of water and a surface area of 1,113 acres. The park has nominal fees for day use and season passes are available. Call (503) 846-8715

The normal full pool water elevation is 92.5 meters (303.5 feet)

it also mentioned water activities but no mention of scuba, they do allow motor boats so id be a bit nervous even with a dive flag.

This summer, I want to go back to Mowich lake on Mt Rainier this summer. It was so beautiful up there. Not much to see in the water, but a cool dive.
