Post by John Rawlings »

The next issue of ADM will be sent to the printer Monday morning (3/12) and should be showing up in subscribers' mailboxes soon.

Some of the articles in this issue will cover:

Diving in Lake Titicaca, Bolivia, in search of Incan artifacts.
Diving the wreck of the SS William Dawes (WWII Liberty Ship) off Australia.
Diving the island of Tobago in the Caribbean.
The photography of Becky Kagan.
Diving the wreck of a US Navy PV-2 Harpoon in Lake Washington.
Diving the wreck of the Thistlegorm in the Gulf of Suez.
Making the transition from open-circuit to rebreather diving.
Diving for Coelacanths off Tanzania.
"Getting the Shot" - an article about photography techniques in caves and caverns.
Plus....a 9-page article telling the story of the 2007 ADM Yucatan cenote expedition involving all "virgin" caves never dived before.

All of us at ADM hope that you will enjoy this issue!

Diving. . . is an active physical form of meditation. It is so silent- You're like a thought.

SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES. NOT REALLY GOOD FOR
ANYTHING, BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE
STAIRS.

Just got mine also. I hate it that they come so far apart. I have to read so slow and savor every page and then read it again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again.........

Just got mine and the thing I love about it is that my rebreather is in there. In this issue, My rebreather (literally, the one I own) is pictured something like 10 times.

It's in the Lake Washington Article, the shearwater add, and a couple other places . Unfortunitaly Erik (the previous owner) is diving it not me but hey at least it's semi famous.

Hi Mel,

Awesome photos of the wreck in Lake Washington! I'm amazed!

The viz is so bad when diving in the lake that I don't even bother taking my camera, so I was very suprised to see such great pictures in the magazine. Well done!
