Tis wintertime in the NW and the PNW diver morphs into something a little different. Winter time brings the best visability of the year and for some unknown reason also spawns some interesting debates on the forums.
Truth be told is I learn a lot from these people and I get to absorb what I need and leave the rest. If I make an naive statement there is someone that will be happy to correct me. The sarcasm and smartass humor is epic and I look forward to reading daily. I respect a great many people on this board and glad to have them.
So all in all tis the season (for me) to be grateful for what I have and I would like to extend that gratitude to all you people with whom I have had the pleasure of diving with, buying stuff from, borrowing, lending, disliking and PM'ing. I have met some pretty great people on here and have had some serious laughs to the point where co-workers are looking at me crazy.
So thank you NWDC and Happy Holidays to you all in whatever you celebrate!!!!

Was a great day ... we had over 60 divers in the water, and probably another 15 or so who just showed up for the parking lot social.

That's who we really are ... a community who, with all our differences, can come together to celebrate our love of diving, food, beer, lumpia, and each other ...

I think both (3?) Redondo club dives I have been to, I took people in my boat over to Maury Island Barges. Once was like 5 divers and the second time two trips of 3? There may have been a 3rd club dive event its blurry...
