Are there any attorneys in da house...

Post by Norris »

Short story --
Wife and I own a business

Company owes us a substantial amount of money

Done with their stalling, excuses, and promises...

I have questions concerning
Will they have to help with legal fees when they lose (such as what we will be paying the attorney).
What will we have to pay to retain?
Blah blah

Feel free to PM me as I don't want to spill everything all in a thread.

I was going to call around Monday and get some answers but my wife asked "With all your SCUBA friends do you think anyone has information on this?"

So here I am.. :supz:

I have a decent construction attorney. He does other kinds of business as well. PM me if you want his info.

Whether they pay your attorney fees depends on what your contact with them says. How much you have to pay an attorney also depends. You can PM me if you have questions, I don't handle these types of matters, but know a bunch of good attorneys that could help you.

Now you find out what should have been in your contract. I can't claim to have better paperwork myself but I never let anyone get ahead of me more than a few thousand dollars which would suck to loose but wouldn't ruin me.
