I'm back in town and hope to make it. Work has a habit of blowing past "quitting time" but I'll have my gear on board and try to skate out a little early to meet you for the dive.

I am not teaching this weekend so if I have someone to cover for me on Friday, I will come diving! Otherwise, I will be there for pizza afterwards.

That's great Matt! It'll be good to see you again. So you have BETTER plans on a Friday night than hanging with a bunch of people with wet hair?!

The first one of these was a lot of fun. I'd like to make this a standard once-a-month thing and we can move it around to hit other dive sites and pizza joints!

ok... last month was pretty fun so I think that it just may be neccessary to do it again this month. it looks like NWDC is going to be rolling deep this friday. if only there was a rival gang like the "JETS" for us have a dance off with.
Adventure is just bad planning.

Dates... huh? Whatever!!! Bring your date with you! We'll show them a great time!

Hmmm... maybe that isn't such good idea. Then again, if the date takes a dive and you need an escape... you know where we are!

I can hear it now: "You know (fill in the blank)... I'd really like you to meet my friends..." (then just give us the green light... you won't EVER have to worry about THAT date again!!) :axe: :laughing3: Oh the topics we could discuss "out of proper context!!" :pale:

I,m going to try to get mouse back in the water for this one,
A single dive will be perfect for her. I am not too familiar with Cove 2.
Can we have a good dive there above 60 feet? How deep is the Honey Bear?

Yeah - I'm sure there will be a contingent headed to the Honey Bear. It sits in 40-50fsw and would be a good dive for her. We'll probably want to break the group up to keep the vis and crowding reasonable. Remember that while it'll be twilight, the water will be dark so everyone will need good lights.

Hey Sounder.. So should we have a dive breifing before we all get in the water? That way we are all on the same page and know who is going where....

Also I will have 3 other folks with me in the water and another one is joining us at the restaurant.. Do we have reservations? Or are the SO's going to be holding tables for us HUNGRY divers when we get out of the water?

I'm going to call today to see about reservations since we have such a large group... last time it wasn't a problem, but then again we only had 6-8 folks.

For the dive, in the interest of safety I think we should split the group up into smaller groups according to individuals' abilities and desires. This is a great way for everyone to have a fun dive while keeping everyone safe, comfortable, and within their limits.

Why is it only Tuesday?! Friday is going to be great! :partyman:
