The words AM and dive just don't seem to inspire enthusiasm. I have the same results when I email Kim and tell him the splash time is
7:30ish.

The wind usually comes up later in the day so I like getting out early. early being 8.

All I need to hear is boat and dive, and I'm there. Don and I are hitting Blakely Rock tomorrow at 8am, leave the boat ramp 7:15, gotta leave my house at 5:30.
If I wasnt diving already, I'd have gone with deep diver, but usually by friday I've already made my weekend plans.

Re: anyone open for an AM boat dive?
thats what happened to us last weekend, the wind kicked up bad, killing our diving when we tried to dive early afternoon.deep diver wrote:The wind usually comes up later in the day so I like getting out early. early being 8.
Last saturday was just brutal.

The better half is in town the 18/19 if you have room for two divers and are headed out. I'll have to drag him out of bed so that he can drag me out of bed, but I'm sure it will be fine.... :-P

I sent you a PM with details and haven't heard back... you still up for it? don't want to double book if you still want too.eliseaboo wrote:The better half is in town the 18/19 if you have room for two divers and are headed out. Ack yes sorry I got it but have been sorting out some details with him. Very rude of me, I know. If you have someone else who wants to go out with you, we can always shore dive too.deep diver wrote:I sent you a PM with details and haven't heard back... you still up for it? don't want to double book if you still want too.eliseaboo wrote:The better half is in town the 18/19 if you have room for two divers and are headed out.
