I downloaded icq program and seem to have picked up some kinda virus. when I close a window it tells me to send an error report and closes explorer. Anybody know anything about this. ](*,)

I have been useing ICQ for years and have never heard of this before
Im no computer wiz so I wont be much help .

Hmmm. I'm no expert, but do you have any anti-virus software? Have you scanned it for a virus? You might just try uninstalling ICQ, then re-installing it.....

I have norton and did scan didnt find nothing... I did uninstall it but it still does it...

Hmmmm.... I haven't heard of ICQ doing something like that either. Though, last time I used ICQ was in the 90s. I wish I could help but I'm a Mac user and we don't get viruses so I don't have much experience with them. I'd try to update your version of Norton if it's outdated, since they add improvements often in response to new viruses out there.
