the dive shop i go thru is a member of the historic society. we where at lake stevens about 18 ft deep, the vis was so bad that day you could only see 3 inches in front of you. the boots seventeen and a half pounds each, the weight belt was 86 pounds, the chest plate was 20 pounds, and the helmet was 56 pounds. there was 3 safety divers in the water with us, 2 at depth and 1 on the surface. all in all it was about a 10 minute dive in the mark v. it is one i will put back on the to do list! i just hope they do one in the ocean some time, that should be a blast. on the surface you have at least 2 people in direct contact with at all times to make sure you don't fall over. i got to hand it to my youngest youngling, she took some great pictures. getting in and out of it, you have 3 people in contact with you. sorry sparky, when i posted this, i had to go help my brother with his new dojo.

This could be a strong Buisness oppurtunity for someone.
Hmmmmm?

Who wants to go buy all this gear and let divers try it for 10 minutes at a time? How much would you pay?

Things that make you go Hmmmmm?
