My dive buddy left a message and when I called him back at 9pm I started to scramble to get my gear ready for a midnight dive in the Mac Kenzie river. I also just bought a Princeton Tec light trio pack.
We were hopeing to dive with salmon, but found alot of just released trout for opening day of fishing. I have read somewhere here about the effects of dive lights on fish eyeballs. I now know that they don't like it. The trout started to dart in circles, run in to the bottom and even swim right into us, poor fish. Hard to tell how long it took for them to get there sight back but they really got active in the bright lights.
