They are looking for one hell of a lot in someone that they want to pay $29.08 / hour. I will stick with being an electrician.

IT's not even $29.08 an hour more like $26.04
current pay $4513 month x 12 months = $54156 a year
40 hours a week x 52 weeks = 2080 hours a year
$54156 divided by 2080 = $26.04 an hour
