A nice little dip on the shore at Flagpole

Post by gutholmj »

Kim and I had a nice little dive off the shore at Flagpole this morning. There was a good cover of low clouds when we arrived at 9:00 that made gearing up nice and comfortable. By the time we made it to the water the sun was shining strong. We never ventured more than a couple hundred feet from the entry but it was still a great time. It felt nice to be back in Puget Sound after a long, long, while. I even managed to make the camera work after a bit of futzing around trying to remember all the control placements.

Nice shots, James! Good to hear that you're back in the water. How was vis on the canal?

In the upper 15 few that I experienced, vis was good, probably 15-20, but a bit milky. Here's a topside shot. it was a really beautiful day.
