Post by sheahanmcculla »

Hey guys, I am designing a slide out tank holder for a SUV and I need a couple dimensions on a tank boot for an AL80. Can you please help me out?

I have an al80 tank boot and a 72 boot that you can have for modeling purposes.

Thanks,

I have a project I'm working on today in the shop, but for future designs I would love to have them. We will make arrangments to meet up.

No just trying to address scuba storage in vehicles. I hope to have some locking designs soon to prevent thefts.

Wow. Awesome, Sheahan. How much weight will those racks support when extended? And what would be the cost of something like that?

Thanks Matt!

The slide out racks are rated to 500lbs each side. I really should not talk about cost, as this may be a customer on here (I’m not sure). But you can get an idea on the www.TruckVault.com website or PM me.

Just an FYI. I am not trying to advertise, just passionate about the dive industry and wanted to share.

Neat. But doubles don't roll and you can stack them.
