Gale warnings predicted for Sunday (today) forced me to reschedule for a less bad day Saturday (yesterday).
A predicted strong ebb tide, rain and possible thunderstorm turned into a stellar day for diving. We had no wind and no current in the protection of Restoration Point. There was no rain and the sun came out with the second dive. I anchored north of the GPS mark for China Wall where the buoy used to be. With 30 foot vis we found a young Wolfie poking it's head out of the wall just west of the gap and a very large GPO in a crack at about 80 feet. The reef bottomed at 99 feet today. The second dive included Liker's Reef but started on a shallow reef (30 FSW) southwest of Liker's. With less depth the vis was about 20 feet. Interesting structure and lots of sealife here.
Blakely Rock and Blakely Harbor
Re: Blakely Rock and Blakely Harbor
That sounds like cool dive. I sounds like it is boat access only maybe?
Re: Blakely Rock and Blakely Harbor
Yes, China Wall is definitely a boat dive. The small reef and Liker's is possible from shore but near access is private.

Re: Blakely Rock and Blakely Harbor
Likers etc are best by scooter, or a long surface swim
