Haha, for sure. What do u guys think of a dive in 35-45 degree water with just a 7mm farmer john type wetsuit? Thinking about doing clear lake this weekend.

I think it'll be a fun but short dive. Bring a cooler full of hot water for pre and post dive soaking.

Welcome to the club!!!
Your wetsuit will be fine. In my experience 1-2 dives was ok as long as you had some hot water handy (Spatmans suggestion). Any more than that and I started getting cold.
Looking forward to seeing you on some dives.
