Nudi ID Help! From Elephant Wall, Hood Canal
Nudi ID Help! From Elephant Wall, Hood Canal
While diving with Dale at Flagpole, I've spotted the following nudibranch specimen a couple times. They are so camoflauged - that the first time I saw one - I thought it was just part of the seaweed and plant growth. Got several better pics of this kind today. Can anyone help me identify this guy? Thanks! Keith

Closest guess I have from Behrens's nudibranch book is Dendronotus Frondosus or Branched Dendronotus. The size is reported at an average of 20 mm (less than 1 inch) or up to 30 mm. We'll see what the real experts say.
Confidence is the feeling you have before you understand the situation.
