What defines a "Stroke" diver?

This forum is for all other types of chatter, including non-SCUBA stuff.

I just wanted to quickly say, great post Bob!

I got into this sport not for my ego or to be a badass. I want to explore the seas and swim with the fish. I think all of us start scuba for more than one reason and one we can all enjoy is the joy of swimming. So why not share these common interests and develop friendships, and not enemies?

That's an article from Chatterton talking about basically the same thing. His "accomplished bad divers" are GI3's "strokes".
