Sund Rock - Solo Style - 5/30

Well, I had Saturday available for diving and all of my buddy's were busy. So I decided to pack up the dive rig and hit Sund Rock solo. I arrived around 5:00pm and there was one other car in the lot. When I surfaced after dive #1, I had the whole site to myself. For the first dive I hit the cloud sponges. The vis was so good, I turned off my can light and could easily see the cloud sponges at 123'. I found a couple nice little warbonnets on the first dive. For my second dive I hit the north wall and the wreck. Again, viz was so good I could see the entire North Wall. I could also see the outline of the wreck from about 40' away. The little wolfie is also still in the pipe on the wreck. Good times.

Also, after the last dive, I was sitting down watching the sunset and a huge bald eagle flew right over me. An absolutely fantastic dive day :-)

Although it was a good solo dive, would have been better with a buddy to share the experience with.
