The Mukilteo Farmer's Market is scheduled to start up tomorrow, so parking is probably going to be a bit tough there on Wednesday nights for the rest of the summer. Looks like we'll be in a small exchange this week, so the plan is to visit Edmonds Underwater Park, and hope for decent viz. Parking at EUP can be a little tough on nice days as well so get there early if you can. If the lot is full, hang out in the turn-around area, and something will probably open up within a few minutes.
