AOW

Post by Shaun_Darragh »

There are some threads on this below, but they may be a bit out of date.

I'm looking to take an AOW class in the next month to 6 weeks once I've gotten my dry suit and gotten a bit used to it.

Anyone have any good suggestions on instructors in Metro Seattle area? I'm more interested in actually learning than I am in just chalking up another card.

The obvious choices are Underwater Sports, Seattle Scuba, and Bellevue Divers. Any others?

Thanks!

Bob, here AKA GratefulDiver, I have heard nothing but good things. However there are others here that get the same praise.

Bob is great, however I'm not sure Bob is teaching anymore. He'll probably chime in.

I believe Peter has hung up his teaching hat as well.

Indeed - per the thread from last year, it appears that both Peter and Bob have retired.
