Redondo

Post by Bric Martin »

I hadn't dove in the last 2 weekends, but was able to hit Redondo today. It was really a fun day. The viz was fantastic, at least 25 feet! The water was really clear with lots of ambient light, it was a cool 50 degrees. There were a bunch of classes being taught, but they did a really good job of not blowing out the viz. The little critters were every where. The baby Wolfie came out for a moment, there were many little red octos, a number of grunts, and moss head. Every day should be this good!

Interesting, I would have thought with the winds, it would have been bad. We got blown out of DIW. 2ft wind waves.

- I got a good squirt in my mouth
- I would imagine that there would be a large amount of involuntary gagging
- I don't know about you but I'm not into swallowing it

We had a decent surface chop, but it didn't wreck the viz at all!

Bric,

Where were the two warbonnets? I know of one at the large pipe.

The warbonnets are of the same one. It was at the end of the big pipe, it just happened to be moving from the ladder to its hole when I first saw it.
