jellyfish vs seastar

Post by oldsalt »

Although I am a former diver, I still find interesting (to me) things in the sound. While walking the beach I came across the remains of what appears to be a lion's mane consuming a Pycnopodia. I wonder how an animal normally up in the water column would encounter a benthic animal. It didn't work out well for either animal.

Curt, is is it true, once a diver, always a diver ?
When I walk on terra firma, I tend to see forms and textures in all things around me. Even in the clouds. Maybe we are hopelessly amazed by this beautiful world :) :)

I take photos because I like it, not because I'm good at it. :) by Unknown
