I shudder to think of all the cans of Aquanet it would take to get my hair to look like that.

Thanks for the clarification about big/little buddy.

I am going to throw myself at your (insert random stranger here) fins and plead little buddy status.

My goals for Saturday, although quite a few, might be manageable?
If at all possible, try out one or two different back plate systems. Otherwise, just check out the setups of different brands.
Bouyancy check, see if I can drop some weight with my current setup.
Work on using my BCD instead of drysuit for bouyancy (will I get flamed for mentioning this??!?!?). Sometimes I feel, that with my LONG arms and the squeezepack underwater makes my chest so small, I could double as an underdeveloped chimp).

Have someone check out my "trim" underwater and see if I should move some of my weights around.
Show me the (underwater) sights baby!
Not fall asleep on the drive home, I think that involves a stop for a BLIZZARD! \:D/

So in a chimpshell, that would be it. I am very glad you are allowing (heck, even encouraging) random divers to come join you. I am very thankful to have found this group.

NOTE: In addition to homemade banana nut bread/zuchini nut bread, I can bring lettuce and walla walla sweet onions from my garden. Oh yea, and a few chicken dogs to share.

OMG, guess what?! I'm still alive! And Greg and I will be coming tomorrow, hoorah! It's been quite awhile since I last dove... I feel like the skates in our collection that were left out of ethanol for too long and shriveled in crispy curled leather mats... =D It'll be nice to see baby Sounder too!

SO - a few comments/questions:

-Neither of us have ever dove Redondo, so we'd appreciate someone showing us around, as well as maybe pointing out some things to us 'newer' divers.
-What needs to be brought yet for the BBQ? We're vegetarians, so we can bring veggie burgers, as well as a side item or something else that's needed.
-Would love to try out the BP!

Think that's it.

I'm going to try to make this dive; with only 75 dives, I'm a little buddy looking for an education.
What food do we still need to bring?

And wow, it has been awhile... my tanks were out of VIP and I didn't know :( Luckily, NWSD let us use two free of charge. Gotta love NWSD! :)

Careful diving with Valerie at Redondo - you're very likely to see strange and out-of-place marine life. She has a track record for Redondo-critter-weirdness (bring your camera, seriously).
