Has anyone dived out there...I'd imagine amazing stuff out there - not really over-fished....pretty natural.....warm.....rich concentration of life.....:) :smt035
Step 1: I have a diving problem.

I didn't go as far as Sharm el-Sheikh - I spent a week diving out of Eilat in the northern reaches of the Red Sea with some 3 dive boat trips South out of Taba. I do know that the diving there is amazing.

It was fantastic... I dove with Aqua Sport in Eilat, and they were a great operation. There were some definite things I learned and things I'd do differently. If any one has questions feel free to PM me.

I hope to spend a couple of weeks there in April 2010 - I will be leading a trip to Israel and Jordan for 12 days and plan to stay for a couple of weeks after to dive the Red Sea.
