That is a Posident Unisuit. My very first drysuit. It is very warm and has the biggest relief zipper ever made. It also requires lots of lead to sink. They use to use that suit in the artic. Notice where the inflate valve is and where the exhuast valve is. No staying in trim to dump the air in that suit.

To don the suit you first put your head and arms in and then in a kind of squat postion you put one leg in at a time. Compared to donning a wet suit you could get into one pretty fast. Even faster than most drysuits on the market today.
