thanks, samson. i wouldn't have been able to achieve my 100th divedededed without the help of of some very fine members of this club.
Re: i shouldn't show people at work my diving photos
Sorry I wasn't there for your 100th. Come to think of it, I wasn't there for MY 100th! You should however, be thankful we didn't tell you to give it up after your first 20 or so!spatman wrote:thanks, samson. i wouldn't have been able to achieve my 100th divedededed without the help of of some very fine members of this club.

Hehe, I'm thankful Bob Bailey stuck with me. After our first dive together at Mukilteo before my AOW, I told him I'd understand if he thought I wasn't ready for an Advanced class. I'm glad he was up for the challenge!spatman wrote:believe me, i am! i don't know how you guys stuck with me, or even continue to do so!Pez7378 wrote: You should however, be thankful we didn't tell you to give it up after your first 20 or so!

But I recall that dive ... you were new to the drysuit, and had some buoyancy issues. After the dive I said I thought I knew what your problem was, and reached over and opened your drysuit exhaust valve. You asked me how I could tell, and I said because you weren't barrel-chested when we started the dive ...
