what's your favorite U/W photo of yourself?

Post by spatman »

i saw this idea on another forum and thought it would be fun to start a similar thread here.

this is my favorite pic. the photo itself isn't technically great, but it is definitely a memento of me in my happy place. it was taken in the sea of cortez as we drifted slowly along with a massive school of jacks. at one point i drifted right into the center of an enormous group. all i saw in a 360 degree view were hundreds and hundreds of large wide-eyed silver fish. i floated along with them for 3-4 minutes before the school parted and we continued on our way. one of my most memorable experiences so far.

sounder please don't hi-jack this thread and talk about long hose position. THis thread is for your favorite UW photo. The scuba cops are always out!

I will find a pic and post it.

(sigh) I'm not hijacking it, but it's good to know the scuba police are watching me. Just a ribbing between friends, and besides - there was no NHZ called anyway.

I think my avatar is one of my favorites - it was the first really good picture of me and I really like it.

I love this one, because it's a good picture of me, it was one of the first good pictures of me in a cave, and my class and practice buddy of several years is also in it:

Hmmm I can't see the photo. Is it possible you need to be a member of DMX to view it?
