This may be one of the all-time, stupidest things I've ever heard. And I've heard of divers doing lots of dumb stuff. However, last month, Dave Marcel was diving in the waters off Key Largo and did the unthinkable: he decided to kiss a nurse shark. I guess the shark just wanted to be friends.

Gilly, I was gonna say the EXACT same thing

...Can anyone say DARWIN here? The problem is, he didn't die...can't get a Darwin award unless you die.

Actually, you can win a Darwin award without dying ... as long as the injury prevents you from contributing to the gene pool.

So perhaps next time he should try having sex with it ..

He is the sort of person that makes me think that we need licenses to have children... I mean honestly, you need a license to drive a car and you need to have certification to dive... Shouldn't there be a test for procreation? One of the questions would have to be.. Do you think kissing a shark is a good idea? If you answer yes you don't get a license to procreate...
