I was in my local vietnamese restaurant where I saw this fish, anyone know what it is??

That Moori looks like a match, thanks.
The one I saw in the tank was more purple than that with a larger growth over the head. As I am newer to the critter ID stuff, are differences like that indications of male vs. female, or wild vs. captive life, or everyone just looks a little different??
