Viz at C2 this morning was awesome -- at LEAST 30 - 35 feet, until the classes got there. Lots of light in the water, despite the overcast!

Viz at C2 was great this afternoon as well. Far more divers there than I anticipated given the weather. However, plenty of parking. Steamers and cup of chowder post dive was just the ticket!!

Vis at Cove 2 this afternoon was pretty bad. While doing checks at the surface it was about 1ft, but opened up to maybe 10ft or so once down to about 30fsw. Springtime.

We had a dive scheduled on the wreck of the Al Ind Esk A Sea up in Everett, yesterday. I can report Chocolate Milk vis at the surface. It was quite literally less than 3 feet. I bagged the dive for a variety of reasons, but 2 guys made it to depth, where they said it was almost twice as good, maybe 5 feet, below 200' .

Redondo tuesday 2/28

Good dive this morning. Vis was about 15' at 30 fsw and seemed to get a little better the deeper I went. Found my first my lumpy today, that by itself made this a good dive!

Cove 2 tonight was consistently10-15', in spite of the two very polite seals that kept us company most of the night.

The clay ledges at Mukilteo Lighthouse Park: 20 ft vis at high tide. Octo, crab, and small fish. My computer said the water temp was 40 degrees. My body just said "cold".

Sund Rock March 8th had great viz below 40fsw. Above 40 viz was a very hazy 10' or so - the Spring algae bloom has hit hard and the inverts are LOVING it! The Orange and White and sundry cukes are out in force as are all the other filter feeders.

Fox Island West Wall on the 15th was windy and had a current - stronger in the shallows but present the entire dive. Oh, and viz was about 15'.

Dove CI Shenanigans for the first time and viz was surprisingly good - a solid 20' most of the dive.
